Fabric

All AquaQuick inflatable boats use 1,000 denier polyester fabric, which has been specially heavily coated on both sides with P.V.C. OUR FABRIC IS THE THICKEST AND THE MOST HEAVY - DUTY PROTECTIVE FABRIC ON THE EBAY MARKET ! GUARANTEED.
The fabric is completely airtight and highly resistant to tear and abrasions as well as water, fuel and harmful sunlight. BOTH sides are UV coated, inside and outside!

Baffles

AquaQuick seams are overlapped a full inch and reinforced with seam tape both outside and inside for extra added protection.
The inner tubes stay airtight while protecting the tube from sudden impacts.
To maximize our bonding and adhesiveness, we use a polyurethane based glue.
Polyurethane glues offer high durability and protection to heat and salt water.
By incorporating a polyurethane base glue, our customers can rely on our boats' durability.

Adhesive Structure and & Glue

The inter baffles on our boats not only keep individual air chambers completely sealed for safety but they also have a flexible design which works to equalize air pressure between cone parts. THIS MODEL HAS HEAT WELDED SEAMS which are way stronger.

 

 

Plywood

AquaQuick inflatable boats use marine plywood which is specially designed for marine applications.
Marine plywood offers strong seals between plywood board sections and also offers high durability against sea water.
In addition marine plywood is coated with P.U. painting which delivers additional protection against sunlight. salt water, fuel and oil.
